Share what you built.
Straight from your Mac.

You made something with Cursor or Claude Code, and it only opens on your computer. Openhouse turns it into a link anyone can open. Press play to share. Press pause and it's gone.

For Mac · macOS 26 Tahoe or later · Your first hour of sharing is free

Sound familiar?

You sent a localhost link. Nobody could open it.

Finally finished it! Have a look http://localhost:3000
It says "This site can't be reached"
Is it on your laptop?
…oh.

Localhost means this computer. Openhouse gives it an address the whole internet can open.

How it works

Three clicks. No terminal.

Step 1

Open Openhouse.

It finds the projects already running on your Mac. There's nothing to set up and no folders to pick.

Step 2

Press play.

Your project gets a real web address, and the link is copied before you've let go of the mouse.

Step 3

Send it anywhere.

Messages, Slack, email. Whoever opens it sees your project, live, on any device. Every change you make shows up when they refresh.

Step 4

Press pause when you're done.

The link stops working straight away, and visitors see a tidy page saying it's paused, not an error.

Live only while you say so.

Share for an hour, until tonight, or until you press pause. Nothing stays online by accident, and nothing is copied to a server.

Your project never leaves your Mac. Visitors see it through the link while it's live, and that's all.

1 HourTonightUntil I Stop

The link pauses itself when time's up. You get a notification.

Thirty seconds, start to finish.

Download it, open it, press play. No account to make, no settings to understand, no words like "port" or "server" anywhere.

Your first hour of sharing is free. No sign-up, no card.

Lives in your menu bar.

Copy a link, pause a project or start another one without opening a window. It feels like it came with your Mac, because it's built the same way.

Native to macOS Tahoe. Light and dark mode, built in Swift.

A closed laptop isn't a broken link.

When your Mac sleeps or you press pause, visitors get a clean page that says so, with a button to hear when it's back.

No more "site can't be reached". Just a polite "back soon".

Why not just deploy it?

Skip the deploy.

Deploying is for finished things. For work in progress, it's slow, it costs money, and it leaves things lying around long after you've moved on.

Safety

Your Mac. Your rules.

Openhouse only ever opens the one project you choose, only for as long as you choose.

Nothing is online until you press play

Openhouse can see what's running, but nothing is shared until you say so.

Only the project you pick

Your files, folders and other apps stay private. Visitors reach that one project and nothing else.

Nothing uploaded, nothing left behind

Your code, database and API keys stay on your Mac. When you pause, there's no forgotten copy sitting on a server for someone to find.

Links that switch themselves off

Choose an hour or until tonight, and the link pauses on time even if you forget.

Passcodes when you want them

Turn on a six-digit passcode for anything you'd rather not share with the whole internet.

Kept out of search engines

Every link tells Google and friends not to list it, so it only reaches people you send it to.

Questions

Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you built something with an AI coding tool and it's running on your Mac, Openhouse finds it. You never type a command.
What is localhost, anyway?
It's the address your computer uses for itself, like localhost:3000. It works for you and nobody else, which is why sending it to someone never works. Openhouse gives your project a real address anyone can reach.
What happens when I close my laptop?
Your links pause, and anyone who opens one sees your paused page instead of an error. While something is live, Openhouse keeps your Mac awake as long as the lid is open.
Why not just deploy it?
You can, once it's finished. Before that, deploying means setting up hosting, a database and somewhere to keep your API keys, then waiting for a build every time you change something, and paying for all of it. Most prototypes then stay online long after anyone needs them. Openhouse shares what's already running on your Mac, instantly, and takes it down when you press pause.
Which projects work?
Anything already running on your Mac can be shared. Openhouse can also start Vite and Next.js projects for you, which covers most apps made with AI coding tools.
Does the person I send it to need anything?
No. It's a normal web link. It opens in any browser, on any device.
Is it safe?
Only the project you choose is reachable, only while you're sharing it. Nothing is stored on our servers, links stay out of search engines, and you can add a passcode.
Can I buy it for my team?
Yes. Choose how many seats you need and pay once for everyone. You get an invite link for each seat, and anyone who opens one gets Openhouse on your subscription. Add or remove seats any time from Settings, and it all comes on one invoice.
Which Macs does it run on?
Any Mac running macOS 26 Tahoe or later, Apple silicon or Intel.

Open the house.

Download Openhouse, press play, and send someone a link that actually works.
